The exterior is an attractive mix of red brick and concrete panels with distinctive blue aluminium window frames and window panels. Access to the park is via Clonskeagh Drive which is owned by UCD.

The park is managed by JLL, and services include but are not limited to security, external cleaning, landscaping, external estate repairs and car park repairs.

Block 9 is a three-storey office building with 85 surface carparking spaces, title to the common areas in the park is registered leasehold and freehold title comprised in folios DN75451L and DN52224F. The registered owner of the common areas is Richview Office Park Management Company Limited (the "Management Company").

The title to Block 9 is registered in the Property Registration Authority as Folio 87410L of the Register of Leaseholders County Dublin. The property is held under the terms of a Sub-Lease dated 5 June 1997 between Rayband Limited of the first part, Flynn & O'Flaherty Properties Limited of the second part, Barlby Limited of the third part and Richview Office Park Management Company Limited of the fourth part for a term of 10,000 years from 1 January 1997 ("Block 9 Lease").
